Client relationship standards

In serving clients, we commit to:

  • Providing candid advice even when difficult to deliver
  • Clearly distinguishing facts, analysis, and opinions
  • Acknowledging limitations in our knowledge or analysis
  • Avoiding over-promising or misrepresenting likely outcomes
  • Raising concerns about scope, timeline, or feasibility promptly

Work product standards

Our deliverables meet standards for:

  • Accuracy and verification of factual claims
  • Transparency of methods, sources, and assumptions
  • Fair representation of alternatives and tradeoffs
  • Appropriate caveats and limitations

Anti-corruption

We do not offer, pay, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments. Gifts and hospitality are limited to reasonable business courtesies and fully disclosed.

Reporting concerns

Team members are encouraged to raise ethical concerns without fear of retaliation. Concerns may be raised to engagement leads or firm principals.
